Wasabi Guide V1.0 Checklist
If you have subscribed to Wasabi Guide V1.0 and have received confirmation by email that your subscription is actived, but are not receiving Wasabi Guide messages to your cell phone, please try checking these cell phone settings first:

1. Check that receive text messages is "on" - Please make sure that "receive text messages" is activated on your telephone. Cell phone owners manual and some carrier's technical support often provide assistance for the phones they sell as part of their cellular service.

2. Check that notification is turned "on"/tone, beep or vibrate has been selected- Some phones receive text messages automatically, but users must turn on notification and choose how(e.g. tone, beep or vibrate) to be notified of incoming messages.

3. No confirmation email was received - If you successfully completed both the subscription payment process and Wasabi Wireless account setup, but did not receive an email conformation that your subscription has been activated, please call customer service at (973) 655-1418 for assistance or email help@wasabiwireless.com

Q: How do I view text messages on my cell phone?
A: Viewing text messages on your cell phone depends on the make and model of the phone. Please refer to your phone's user manual for detailed information on how to view text messages. If you don't have your manual, please contact your cellular service provider's technical support or the equipment manufacturer.

Q: How do I stop my phone from beeping when I get a message?
A: Most cell phones allow you to choose your preferred text message alert method. Typical alert options include beep, tone, ring, vibrate or silent mode from which you may choose. Please check your cell phone's manual for instructions on selecting an option.  If you don't have your manual, please contact your cellular service provider's technical support or the equipment manufacturer.

Q: I am not receiving any new text messages. Why not?
A: Many cell phones have a maximum number of text messages they can store before text message memory is full. Please refer to your phone's user manual for details on maximum message amounts and deleting old messages. If your text message count is not at maximum and you are still not receiving Wasabi Guide text messages *only*, please contact Wasabi Wireless customer support immediately at 973.655.1418. If you are not receiving any text messages at all, please contact your cellular service provider's technical support or the equipment manufacturer.

Q: What if my cell phone is turned off or I am out of my coverage area?
A: Most cellular carriers attempt to deliver text messages to your cell phone for at least three days and sometimes more. Message not received by your cell phone within that time period will usually be deleted by your cell phone company. Please let us know if you miss a specific Wednesday or Friday. We will be happy to resend that day's Wasabi Guide V1.0 alert to you.

Q: How do I cancel my Wasabi Guide V1.0 Subscription?
A: All Wasabi Wireless cancellations are done by telephone for security reasons. Please contact us at 973.655.1418, providing your name and cellular telephone number. If your call is placed into our voice mail system, we will contact as soon as possible by telephone to terminate your subscription.
